Account Manager (Full-Time Position)

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for servicing, maintaining growth and revenues for existing customers in his/her territory.

  • Deliver and put away orders as well as take new inventory orders
  • Keep bins and cabinetry clean, labeled and organized
  • Introduce new products to customers through the use of Patlin marketing material
  • Develop a strong working relationship with our customers
  • Manage and produce growth in each account he/she services

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent, Advanced degrees preferred
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Ability to make several calls per day
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and growth mindset
  • Self motivated and able to work in team environment as well as an individual
  • Sales or customer service experience encouraged
